Experience Manager

About This Role

Air Fresh Marketing is seeking an Experience Manager to lead workplace experiences and tenant engagement for a premier Class A office property in downtown Denver. This is a highly visible, full-time W2 role where you'll be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences that build community and elevate the workplace environment.

What You'll Do

• • Lead planning and execution of tenant engagement events and programs - from wellness initiatives to networking happy hours to holiday celebrations
• • Serve as the on-site point of contact for all engagement initiatives, building relationships with tenants and property management
• • Coordinate vendors, staffing, proposals, and reporting for all events
• • Develop community-building opportunities through wellness, cultural, and networking events
• • Manage part-time brand ambassadors and event staff
• • Ensure smooth event operations and provide recaps with actionable insights
• • Track KPIs and continuously improve programming based on tenant feedback

Who You Are

• • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, events, experiential marketing, or workplace experience
• • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
• • Experience managing teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills
• • Tech-savvy with comfort in digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management software)
• • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• • Passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building community

Schedule & Location

• • Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• • On-site at a premier office property in downtown Denver
• • Occasional evening events (typically mid-week)
• • Some flexibility for remote admin/reporting work
