About This Program
Air Fresh Marketing is building a solid, long-term event team in Denver, and we are hiring now. We run a major statewide brand program that is one of our largest ongoing accounts, with year-round work across Denver and the Front Range: NFL home games, the state fair, major festivals, retail promotions, and pop-ups.
This is not a one-off gig. The program runs on a multi-year commitment, so the people we bring on now get consistent hours, a schedule they can plan around, and room to grow into Team Lead as the team expands.
The Roles
- • Brand Ambassador - engage fans and shoppers, run games and giveaways, and represent the brand at events and retail promotions
- • Team Lead - run the on-site crew, own setup and breakdown, handle event reporting, and be the point of contact during activations
- • Mascot Performer - bring the program mascot to life at games, fairs, and store events (costume experience a plus, training provided)
How It Works

Pay (Colorado Pay Transparency)
- • Brand Ambassador: $25-$28/hr
- • Team Lead: $30-$34/hr
- • Mascot Performer: $26-$34/hr
Depending on experience, role, and event. Holiday and overtime-eligible hours are paid at premium rates.
Hourly ranges disclosed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
Requirements
This is a state-regulated program. Every team member must pass a state background investigation before working an event. Read these carefully:
- • Must be 18 or older
- • Pass a state background investigation: tax record check, fingerprint-based criminal history, and a reference check. We pay for your time completing these steps.
- • Accept the restricted participation rule: you and immediate family living in your household cannot participate in the client's consumer games or promotions while you are on the program
- • Reliable transportation to events across Denver and the Front Range, with occasional travel further south
- • Weekend, evening, and holiday availability. Key stretches include late August through early September (11 consecutive days, includes Labor Day), NFL home Sundays, and a Christmas Day event.
- • Spanish bilingual a plus
- • Valid driver's license + clean driving record a plus (eligibility to drive the branded program vehicle)
