Event and mobile tour logistics
Event and mobile tour logistics, run by one team.
A tour has a hundred moving parts. The route. The vehicle. The driver. The permit for the plaza. The kit that has to be at the venue by 7 AM. The crew that flew in last night.
Most brands hire five vendors and become the project manager. We take that job. One team plans it, books it, runs it and reports on it every day.

What we handle
- Routing and scheduling. Stops, drive times, venue windows, backup dates. See how a tour runs.
- Vehicles and drivers. Vans, trucks, trailers and the people who drive them. More on vehicles and drivers.
- Permits and insurance. City permits, venue approvals, parking, COIs. More on permits.
- Kits, warehousing and freight. Built, counted, shipped and checked back in. More on kits.
- Load-in, crews and rentals. Hands to set up and tear down. Tents, power, tables. More on load-in crews.
- Crew travel. Flights, hotels and mileage, planned with the route.
- On-site tour management. A named lead at every stop.
- Daily reporting. Check-ins, photos and recaps in our platform.
Why one team
When something breaks on the road, you get one call, not five. Our crew app logs who arrived, what left the warehouse and what came back. You see it the same day.
Work we've done
- A branded citrus truck for Peelz. 51 activations in 29 cities across 8+ retail chains.
- The Woobles Wagon, a mascot-led mobile sampling tour. We planned the route, sourced the stops and flew the crew in and out.
- A national trade-careers trailer tour, for a mobile tour operator we've worked with since 2014.
- A statewide events program where we run the program truck, the insured drivers, the kits and the warehouse check-in.
Who we work with
Brands that want a tour without building a tour department. Agencies that need a field operator. Tour owners who need crews and local help in a new market.
Staffing too
Logistics is the newer half. People are where we started. If you need brand ambassadors, tour staff or event crews, see event staffing and mobile tour staff.
Frequently asked questions
Do you own a fleet of tour vehicles?
No. We source the right vehicle for each route from vetted rental, wrap and build partners. We own and run a program truck for one client, and our drivers operate client-owned vehicles too.
How far ahead should we start?
Eight to ten weeks for a multi-city tour is comfortable. Some city permits need 30 days or more on their own. We can move faster on short tours, but permits set the floor.
We already have a tour vehicle and a tour manager. Can you still help?
Yes. Tour owners use us for local crews, load-in hands, permits and markets they don't know. One mobile tour operator has worked with us since 2014.
Do you only do tours?
No. We also run logistics for single events and multi-city activations. And we staff events nationwide.
