Mobile tour logistics

Mobile tour logistics, from first route to last recap.

A mobile tour lives or dies on the boring parts. Was the lot approved? Is the van insured for that driver? Did the kit make it? Is the crew rested?

We handle the boring parts so the stop looks easy.

What a tour with us includes

  1. A route that works. We map stops around venue hours, drive times, weather and rest. Every leg has a backup.
  2. The vehicle. Your vehicle, or one we source: a wrapped van, a box truck, a sprinter or a trailer. We handle insurance and driver approval.
  3. Drivers. Screened, licensed and insured for the vehicle. CDL drivers when the weight calls for it.
  4. Stops that say yes. We get the retailer, venue or city approval before the truck rolls.
  5. Kits. Built, numbered, checked out and checked back in.
  6. Crew. A tour lead who travels with the vehicle, plus local brand ambassadors at each stop.
  7. Travel. Flights, hotels and mileage planned with the route, not after it.
  8. Reporting. Check-ins, photos and a recap after every stop.

Already have a fleet?

Plenty of tour owners run their own vehicles. We plug in where you need us: local crews, load-in hands, a market you don't know, a stop that needs a permit. See how we work with agencies.

Need the people too?

People are where we started. If you need brand ambassadors, tour staff or event crews, see event staffing, brand ambassadors and mobile tour staff.

Frequently asked questions

We already have a tour vehicle and a tour manager. Can you still help?

Yes. Tour owners use us for local crews, load-in hands, permits and markets they don't know. One mobile tour operator has worked with us since 2014.

How do we see what's happening on the road?

Our crew checks in at each stop in our app. Photos and a recap reach you within 48 hours of each stop. You have one point of contact the whole tour.

How far ahead should we start?

Eight to ten weeks for a multi-city tour is comfortable. Some city permits need 30 days or more on their own. We can move faster on short tours, but permits set the floor.

Do I need a CDL driver for my tour?

It depends on the vehicle's weight and whether it pulls a trailer. Many vans and pickups don't need one. Larger trucks and big trailers often do. We check the vehicle specs and bring in CDL drivers through a partner when they're needed.
