Experience Manager

About This Role

Air Fresh Marketing is looking for an experienced Experience Manager to lead workplace and tenant-experience programming across two premier Class A office properties in the Bay Area — 44 Montgomery St in San Francisco and Lake Merritt Plaza in Oakland. You'll be the on-site face of the building's experience program, creating memorable moments that keep tenants engaged and the properties vibrant.

What You'll Do

• • Plan and execute tenant events — wellness programs, networking happy hours, holiday celebrations, and pop-ups — across both properties
• • Serve as the on-site face of the building's experience program at each site, building relationships with tenants and property management
• • Manage event staff and coordinate vendors from planning through day-of execution
• • Deliver monthly reporting and track engagement KPIs, continuously improving programming based on tenant feedback
• • Split time between 44 Montgomery (San Francisco) and Lake Merritt Plaza (Oakland) — reliable transport between sites required

Who You Are

• • 3-5+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or experiential marketing
• • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
• • Experience managing teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a hospitality mindset
• • Comfortable managing multiple sites and commuting between San Francisco and Oakland
• • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• • Monday - Friday, on-site
• • Two premier Class A office properties: 44 Montgomery (SF) and Lake Merritt Plaza (Oakland)
• • Occasional evening events (typically mid-week)
