You own the program

Air Fresh Marketing sells experiential programs for national brands. Sampling, street teams, sports, festivals, tours. We are building a bench of freelance producers who run those programs end to end. You are not a coordinator on someone else's show. The program is yours: the plan, the venues, the permits, the crew, the day of, the recap.

What you'll own

  • • The program plan, calendar, and run of show
  • • Venue booking, permits, and logistics
  • • Staffing the program through our recruiting team and platform
  • • Training and briefing the crew
  • • On-site or remote day-of management
  • • Client communication during delivery
  • • The recap, photos, and end-of-program report

What we keep off your plate

  • • The client relationship, contract, pricing, and collections
  • • Payroll for the crew
  • • Insurance
  • • The systems: staffing platform, templates, reporting

How pay works

  • • A share of the program, not an hourly rate
  • • Typical fees: $2,000 on a single-market program to $15,000+ on multi-market programs
  • • Bigger program, bigger check
  • • Separate origination bonus for signed work you bring in

Who we're looking for

  • • You have produced events or experiential programs end to end, not just worked them
  • • You have staffed and managed field teams
  • • You have booked venues and pulled permits yourself
  • • You are comfortable owning client communication during a program
  • • References who can vouch for programs you ran

This is a 1099 engagement, per program, with a real scope of work. You run the work. We own the client. Both sides know exactly where the line is.
