Kits, warehousing and freight
Every bin out, every bin back.
Kits go missing between the warehouse and the venue. Usually in a parking lot, or in someone's trunk. We built our process to stop that.

What we do
- Build the kit. Every item named and numbered, the same way every event.
- Store it. In your space or a partner warehouse near the route.
- Check it out. The lead ticks each bin in our crew app at pickup, on site and at drop-off, with a photo each time.
- Count what matters. High-value items are counted out and counted back, signed both ways.
- Ship it. Freight to venues and hotels through vetted freight partners, timed to the venue's receiving window.
- Find what's missing. Anything without a drop-off tick 24 hours after the event gets traced that day.
Proof
We run check-out and check-in for a statewide program's warehouse: named bins, photo logs and a next-morning missing-item check. We also handle storage pickup and return for festival tent programs.
Honest note: freight and large-scale warehousing run through partners. We manage them and the tracking is ours.
Need the people too?
People are where we started. If you need brand ambassadors, tour staff or event crews, see event staffing, brand ambassadors and mobile tour staff.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do freight and warehousing yourselves?
We manage it and track it. The trucks and the warehouse space come from partners. Our crew app logs every kit at pickup, on site and at drop-off.
How do we see what's happening on the road?
Our crew checks in at each stop in our app. Photos and a recap reach you within 48 hours of each stop. You have one point of contact the whole tour.
Do you only do tours?
No. We also run logistics for single events and multi-city activations. And we staff events nationwide.
