Vehicles and drivers
The vehicle, and someone you trust to drive it.
A branded vehicle is a rolling billboard and a rolling liability. We treat it like both.

What we do
- Source the vehicle. Wrapped vans, sprinters, box trucks, pickups and trailers. We work with vetted rental, wrap and build partners.
- Insure it. We add the vehicle and every approved driver to the right policy before anyone turns a key.
- Approve the drivers. License check, driving record and background check. Client training or a driving test when your program requires one.
- CDL when it counts. Larger trucks and trailers can need a Class A or B license. We bring in CDL drivers through a vetted driver partner.
- Track it. GPS on program vehicles, a mileage log and a check-out and check-in for keys and kit.
Proof
- We bought, insured and built out a program truck for a statewide events program: bedliner, topper, remote start, GPS and co-branded magnets. Our drivers also run the client's own branded vehicle after state fleet training.
- We ran the Woobles Wagon tour with drivers screened for license and a clean record.
Honest note: we don't own a tour fleet. We source the right vehicle for your route, and we answer for it.
Need the people too?
People are where we started. If you need brand ambassadors, tour staff or event crews, see event staffing, brand ambassadors and mobile tour staff.
Frequently asked questions
Do you own a fleet of tour vehicles?
No. We source the right vehicle for each route from vetted rental, wrap and build partners. We own and run a program truck for one client, and our drivers operate client-owned vehicles too.
Do I need a CDL driver for my tour?
It depends on the vehicle's weight and whether it pulls a trailer. Many vans and pickups don't need one. Larger trucks and big trailers often do. We check the vehicle specs and bring in CDL drivers through a partner when they're needed.
Are your crews insured and background-checked?
Our vehicles and drivers are insured before they drive. We issue COIs for venues and cities. Background checks and certifications, like food handler cards, are set per program.
